WHAT THIS RETREAT IS ABOUT

A day to reconnect with your body and release what’s been held inside. Through Qigong, Tai Chi, Breathwork, and Somatic Expression, you’ll explore how emotions live in the body and how Movement, Breathwork and Sound can restore balance in your mind and body.

WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE

A journey through Yin & Yang — from stillness to expression, from inner balance to outward release.

🌬 Taoist Breathwork: Open energy channels and reset the nervous system with Taoist and conscious connected breathing

🌿 Five Elements & Qigong: Learn how emotions connect to the body through the Five Elements, and restore vitality with simple Qigong.

☯️ Tai Chi for Longevity: Cultivate flow, rebuild trust in your body, and support long-term resilience.

🔥 Emotional Release: Stomping, sounding, and movement to safely express what your body has been holding.

💫 Manifestation & Heart Coherence: Through movement, music, and visualization, anchor gratitude and the mantra: “I am already healed.”

ABOUT ELENA  

Elena is a holistic health coach, Tai Chi instructor, certified clinical hypnotherapist, and Neo Emotional Release facilitator with years of experience guiding people back into connection with their bodies.

Her work is rooted in Taoist practices, somatic movement, and hypnotherapy, weaving together East and West to help people access the wisdom of the body. Through her unique approach — combining breathwork, emotional release, Tai Chi, and mind–body coaching — she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where participants feel free to express themselves fully and discover who they are beneath conditioning and fear.

Since 2018, following a deep personal awakening, Elena has dedicated her life to teaching people how to move from self-judgment to self-acceptance, from tension to flow. Her passion is helping others feel safe to embody their truth, release what has been held inside, and step into a more authentic, joyful, and empowered life.

ABOUT TEODOR

Teodor is the founder of Ki Train, a school dedicated to Taoist practices, Qigong, and Tai Chi as powerful tools for self-healing and inner transformation. With decades of experience in the field of martial arts, meditation, and Taoist philosophy, he has devoted his life to helping people discover how the body itself can be the most reliable path to healing.

Rooted in the wisdom of internal martial arts, Teodor’s approach goes beyond physical practice. He teaches how to work with the flow of energy, meridians, and the balance of Yin and Yang to restore harmony in the body and mind. His guidance draws on the Taoist understanding of the Five Elements, breathwork, and movement as ways to prevent illness, build resilience, and cultivate longevity.

Through Ki Train, based in Bahrain, he has worked with people from all walks of life, guiding them to release stress, strengthen their life force, and reconnect with their natural rhythm. Known for his clarity, presence, and dedication, Teodor’s mission is to show that healing is not something outside of us, but something we cultivate daily through awareness, practice, and trust in the body.
